As an energetic and seasoned entrepreneur with twenty-five years of business leadership experience, Kevin founded Laudan Properties® and has guided the enterprise to a long list of awards for operating performance, growth and job creation. He was admitted to the EY Hall of Fame in New York in 2015. In addition, to Laudan Properties®, he operates a group of successful distribution companies in Ohio and New York. Before his entrepreneurial efforts, Kevin was a partner with Dealer Tire in Cleveland, where he grew company revenue from $300M to over $650M in three years. Before Dealer Tire, he was one of the six founders of OEConnection LLC – a startup, joint venture between General Motors™, Ford Motor Company™, and Chrysler™ that today is a $100M company operating in Richfield, Ohio. Before Dealer Tire and OEConnection, he was an executive for Pepsico. Kevin earned his Bachelors Degree in Management and his MBA from Wayne State University in Michigan. Currently, Kevin lives with his family in NE Ohio and is very active in the business.
