How do you qualify contractors and are there any industry standards?

Laudan has a dedicated Contractor Relations team responsible for interviewing, screening and onboarding all new contractors. All of Laudan’s contractors are required to go through stringent Aspen Grove-certified background checks in order to be qualified to work for Laudan Properties®. Additionally, all of Laudan’s contractor network are required to carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions insurance at all times.

How do you ensure quality of work?

Laudan has both in-house and in-field Quality Control Specialists. In-house employees review photo records on each work order to ensure compliance with client expectations and investor guidelines, while field employees complete inspections and follow behind our contractors to correct any incomplete items and provide in-market training and continuing education to the contractor network.

Who can I contact about renting or purchasing a property currently being serviced by Laudan?

Unfortunately, Laudan does not own or market any of the properties we service. We recommend you contact the County Auditor or Assessor to obtain ownership information and more details.
