LAUDAN PROPERTIES® ADDS TWO EXECUTIVES TO CONTINUE EXPLOSIVE GROWTH!

Twinsburg, OH - October 8, 2013, Laudan Properties® LLC has added two experienced, industry professionals to its management team. Keith O’ Donnell joins Laudan Properties® as Vice President and General Manager and Tim Umberger, CPA will serve as Director, Finance and Group Controller.

O’ Donnell brings Laudan Properties® over 25 years of leadership experience in the banking industry. During this tenure, Mr. O’ Donnell has been involved in all areas of mortgage servicing business from origination to default. After a successful career with National City Bank, O’ Donnell transitioned into the mortgage field services sector in 2007 when he joined LPS as Vice President, Vendor Management, O’ Donnell elevated LPS to be recognized as one of the premier national providers in the industry. In 2012, Mr. O’ Donnell joined the JGM Property Group in Michigan as their Vice President, Operations.

Mr. Umberger has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 27 years. His wide range of experience working in the public accounting sector with high growth enterprises will be an asset to the organization. Umberger’s range of experiences include, assignments with a “Big Four” accounting firm in Cleveland to local/regional firms in the Akron/Canton area. He has also worked as Chief Financial Officer in the Retail Automotive Industry. Tim is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants as well as the Ohio Society of CPA’s.
