Laudan Properties® Expands it's Leadership Team

Twinsburg, OH – September 30, 2014, Laudan Properties® LLC is delighted to announce three additions to its management team.
Charles “Chaz” O’ Neill is being promoted to Manager, Client Relations. Mr. O’ Neill started his career with Laudan Properties® in the inspection division and most recently was supervising one of Laudan’s major preservation clients. In his new assignment, O’ Neill will focus his efforts on associate development, business growth and process improvement. Prior to joining Laudan®, Mr. O’ Neill was national sales manager for Qwizdom, Inc. and is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

Jane Plank joins Laudan Properties® as Manager, Contractor Relations. Ms. Plank brings Laudan over 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, public relations and commercial and residential construction. Most recently, Ms. Plank was Director and Senior HR Consultant at Echelon Consulting specializing in helping firms in talent acquisition, process re-engineering, and leadership training. Before her consulting career, Plank was the founder and treasurer of M.R. Plank Construction. Plank is a Kent State Graduate with a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

James “Jim” Santangelo joins Laudan Properties® in the role of Manager, Field Services Operations. Mr. Santangelo will manage the day to day production of Laudan®’s expanding team of staff contractors as they continue their rapid growth in preservation, remodeling and maintenance throughout Ohio. Santangelo was most recently construction coordinator for Carrara Construction in Richfield, Ohio and before that was owner/operator of Airguard Restoration in Streetsboro, Ohio.
