Laudan Properties® Names Top Executive to Continue Growth

Twinsburg, OH – September 12, 2018 Laudan Properties® today announced the hiring of Brian Potasiewicz as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of its national inspection, preservation and REO services business. In this role, Mr. Potasiewicz will lead Laudan’s continued expansion of its mortgage field service business by adding new bank direct, GSE and investor clients, as well as streamlining operations through integrated technology and process efficiency. In addition, Potasiewicz will seek out acquisition candidates in field services, as well as in adjacent segments that extend Laudan’s capabilities and improve service delivery to its clients.

Prior to joining Laudan Properties®, Potasiewicz worked as the Chief Operating Officer of SecureView LLC, the first national ClearBoarding company of its kind.  Mr. Potasiewicz and his team helped create incredible demand for this new securing method that continues to reduce blight and build strong and beautiful communities. Before SecureView, Brian had a corporate leadership role for one of the largest “white box” computer manufacturing companies in the United States, Equus Computer Systems managing strategy, production control and the customer experience.
